There are lots of activities to see and do including the featured train ride through thousands of Christmas lights pulled by an old-fashioned, full size 1800`s locomotive, one of only three just like her still in operation in the world.

The Annual Cedar Key Pirate Invasion Weekend. Be forewarned, the Cedar Key Pirates in Paradise have invited a tango of pirates to the Best Little Pirate Town in Florida! This is a fun, safe, and welcoming community experience attracting the attention of pirates and pirate groups from all over. It`s great to be a pirate in Cedar Key, even if it`s only for a weekend in September!
Come celebrate the past with historical re-enactors! Visit the historic pirate encampment and watch the epic battle that is certain to be played out on the shores of Cedar Key.

Where: City Marina & Park located on Dock Street and “A” Street

Tickets available onsite at Ticket Booth $10 Adult $5 Child. Ticket Holders will receive wristbands to sample restaurant specialties at park.

Organized and sponsored by Cedar Key Chamber of Commerce

Not ticketed events on December 9 include:
1. Pot Luck Community Dinner will be enjoyed at City Park, 5PM
2. At DUSK there will be a Cedar Key lighted BOAT PARADE in front of City Park and Dock Street.
3. SANTA CLAM will arrive at the City Park by clam boat to greet children at his Santa Clam chair.
